Going public to raise capital

After a 20 year history in the region, explorer and developer Broken Hill Prospecting has decided to go public. The now ASX listed company has offered an initial $5 million in shares, in the hope of raising enough funds to proceed with projects near to the city. Non-executive director Ralph Stagg says the company has reached a point where this was the logical next step.
